The 2013 Shearwater Handbook and Fixtures List is now available to members in downloadable pdf format. You will need to log in to access it, then it is the first item on the Members Area menu.
If you do not have a login, please use the Contact Form to email the webmistress. Those who share an email address will only have one login between them.

Thank you to all those who have already signed up for duties for the forthcoming year. Hopefully you have found the on-line system convenient to use. Some have not been able to get your preferred dates, this is because I take each request in strict order of receipt and occasionally more than one person volunteers for the same duty.
Can those those who not yet volunteered please take a few minutes to visit the list and put yourself down for a duty (or two). For those who prefer the more traditional methods a list of dates and duties will be in the clubhouse during the Working Party Day on 16th February. Alternatively I am happy to receive notifications by telephone on 01373 823061. If I am not in please leave a message on the answer phone.
From 18th February I will allocate duties to members who have not signed up for any. Also from this date it is the responsibility of individuals to arrange a swap if they are unable attend.
